AdLumoEx privacy
Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information AdLumoEx collects, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you visit the site, join the launch waitlist, or use the marketplace.
Email-only waitlist signup does not create an AdLumoEx account.
We store the submitted email address and consent details so we can send launch and product updates. Submitting the form again does not override an earlier unsubscribe or delivery suppression.
Information we collect
- Waitlist information: your email address, consent source and version, and related timestamps.
- Account information: name, email address, profile image, and session information provided through Google sign-in.
- Marketplace information: business profiles, Display Locations, campaigns, booking activity, uploaded content, proof, and messages.
- Payment information: transaction and payout status received from Stripe. AdLumoEx does not store raw card or bank-account details.
- Technical and support information: ordinary request, device, security, and diagnostic data, plus information you provide when requesting support.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure AdLumoEx, authenticate users, manage the launch waitlist, provide marketplace and booking features, process payments and payouts, moderate content, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve the service.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed with marketplace counterparties, service providers that support authentication, hosting, databases, storage, payments, maps, email, and content moderation, or when required for safety, legal process, or protecting rights. Those providers process information under their own terms and our service arrangements. We do not sell personal information.
Launch and product emails
If you join with email only, we use that address for AdLumoEx launch and product updates. You can use the unsubscribe option provided in those messages or contact us. We retain the minimum information needed to honor an unsubscribe or delivery suppression and do not reactivate it through the public signup form.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and consent records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and honor communication choices. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. You may also unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
Children
AdLumoEx accounts and marketplace services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
