School Sponsorship Content & Community Guidelines
Last updated: September 21, 2026
You are reading this saved policy version. It does not replace the terms recorded in an existing signed booking.
About these guidelines
These Guidelines apply to School Organizations, Advertisers, listings, campaigns, Creative, links, QR codes, messages, proof, support submissions, and conduct on AdLumoEx. They supplement the Terms of Service, signed booking terms, applicable law, and any stricter school or district policy.
1. Who May Offer School Sponsorship Placements
School listings are allowed only when:
- The listing belongs to an approved AdLumoEx School Organization.
- The organization has authority to offer the specific school, campus, facility, vehicle, program, event, publication, digital channel, or other sponsorship inventory described.
- The opportunity follows applicable law and the School Organization’s board, district, facility, safety, procurement, sponsorship, and brand policies.
- An organization Owner or Admin reviews and publishes the listing. Members may prepare draft listings but may not publish or manage live sponsorship activity.
- The organization is prepared to honor an approved, signed, and paid Placement for the full contract term.
2. School Listing Standards
Every listing must:
- Identify the responsible School Organization and accurately describe the school or campus, placement format, location, dimensions, visibility, term, availability, installation responsibilities, pricing, and restrictions.
- Use clear, current photos of the actual inventory and avoid misleading angles, unrelated stock images, duplicate listings, keyword stuffing, or hidden conditions.
- Describe traffic, attendance, impressions, demographics, and other audience information as estimates unless supported by a documented measurement method. Do not guarantee campaign results.
- Avoid publishing restricted access instructions, security procedures, student schedules, access codes, or other information that could create a school safety risk.
- Be updated or unpublished promptly when inventory, pricing, authority, or availability changes.
- Set the fixed initial flight dates and placement price. A bus renewal, if offered, must have its own school-set additional dates and total price; it is not an automatic extension. Changes to an already published or signed package must follow the supported review process rather than replacing agreed terms.
3. Advertiser Creative Standards
Creative must be lawful, accurate, non-infringing, age-appropriate, and suitable for the specific school community and Placement.
School Organization approval of an Advertiser or Creative does not create a general school endorsement. Creative may not imply endorsement, partnership, or official school speech beyond the recognition expressly approved in the booking.
School Organizations may apply stricter category, design, size, duration, accessibility, and brand rules than these platform minimums.
Creative must not include or promote
- Hate, discrimination, harassment, bullying, sexual or exploitative material, graphic violence, or illegal activity.
- Tobacco, nicotine, vaping, cannabis, unlawful drugs, alcohol, adult services, gambling, weapons, or other products prohibited by law or School Organization policy.
- Deceptive or unsubstantiated health, financial, educational, safety, or performance claims.
- Malware, misleading redirects, unsafe QR codes, or links that conceal their destination.
- Partisan campaigning or other political advocacy presented as school-endorsed or used without the approvals required by law and School Organization policy.
- School names, logos, mascots, student work, photographs, trademarks, copyrighted material, testimonials, or third-party data without the required permission.
Creative records
- Advertisers must provide the version intended for placement and retain the source files, rights, claims support, destination links, and approvals needed to substantiate it.
- For an itemized order, provide existing artwork or select offered professional design and submit the brief, logo and references before payment. Finished design follows payment. AI-generated artwork may not fit the required dimensions or print quality; review actual files and specifications instead of assuming automated detection or print readiness.
- School Organizations should preserve the approved Creative and specifications. Replacing Creative after approval requires the School Organization’s review and must not evade platform moderation or the signed agreement.
4. Student Privacy, Images & School Safety
Do not upload:
Listing, placement, and proof photos should focus on the sponsorship inventory, minimize people in the background, and be cropped or redacted when needed. Because some uploaded image files may be accessible through a shareable or public asset URL, never upload confidential or student-identifying content.
If student-related content is necessary for a purpose outside the current marketplace workflow, do not upload it to AdLumoEx. The School Organization must first obtain its own legal and policy review and use a separately approved process. Platform approval or automated moderation does not make an upload lawful.
- Student education records or student personal information, including names, faces, voices, personal contact details, student IDs, grades, attendance, schedules, transportation details, health information, disability information, disciplinary information, or other information that identifies a student.
- Images containing identifiable students, including recognizable faces, voices, names, uniforms paired with names, or other details that identify a student.
- Student badges, class schedules, transportation rosters, license plates, computer screens, access credentials, security-camera views, door codes, or other school safety information.
- Creative, listing photos, or proof that encourages children to provide personal information through a QR code, form, message, or landing page.
5. Sponsorship Interest, Contracts & Payment Conduct
- Advertisers must submit genuine interest, accurate campaign information, and questions relevant to the listed opportunity.
- School Organizations must evaluate sponsorship requests honestly, consistently, and in accordance with applicable law and their published policies.
- Include a campaign overview with the interest request. School approval advances the advertisement to preparation, the applicable agreement and payment; it is not a completed booking. In the itemized-order workflow, the school signs first and the business signs afterward before paying the full disclosed total upfront.
- Select paid services actively where offered. Banner management requires printing through AdLumoEx; banner printing without management remains optional. An initial bus order requires its physical production package even with supplied artwork. Buying an additional school-offered bus flight is an explicit upfront choice, not recurring billing.
- Users may not request or accept off-platform payment for an opportunity found through AdLumoEx, disguise fees, falsify contract acceptance, manipulate payment records, or create fake or self-dealing bookings.
- Custom contracts and recurring monthly billing are not part of the current school launch flow unless AdLumoEx expressly enables them. If auction or bidding features are available for a listing, users must follow the displayed rules and may not collude, self-bid, manipulate bids, or evade payment.
6. Placement & Proof Expectations
Installation and purchased management
- Follow the installation responsibility and fixed dates in the signed booking. For current itemized orders, the AdLumoEx operator installs managed banners within one week of the scheduled flight start (the start date plus seven calendar days). Advertisers arrange unmanaged-banner installation; their own delay loses time within that fixed flight. Bus installation and removal remain included in the purchased bus package.
- When banner management is purchased, the AdLumoEx operator uploads installation proof as a service record and supplies the included monthly photos. Businesses without management have no installation-proof upload requirement. This does not add a customer proof-approval step or a school-payment hold to itemized orders.
- School Organizations coordinate permitted access, uphold the agreed display and school requirements, and report restrictions or interruptions. Payment or authorization to produce artwork is not evidence that installation has occurred.
- Do not reuse old proof, stage a temporary display only for a photo, alter proof to misrepresent placement, or conceal an interruption.
- Report removal, damage, closure, safety restrictions, policy changes or other interruptions promptly. Envision production delays require administrator review; a report or review does not itself change dates, prices or refund eligibility.
Earlier booking terms and issue reporting
- Existing signed bookings retain their own proof and settlement requirements. Where an older agreement requires school-uploaded proof and advertiser review, use its stated window, generally seven (7) days, and its available approval or dispute controls.
- For any booking, report a legitimate placement issue promptly with specific information through the available support or dispute process. An uploaded photo, an expired review window or a support request does not automatically approve proof, issue a refund or extend a flight.
- Do not use the proof process to demand inventory, services, performance, or Creative changes outside the signed agreement.
7. Workspace Access & Communication
- Only authorized adults may access a School Organization workspace. Do not impersonate school personnel, share Google sign-in credentials, publish join codes publicly, or approve an applicant without verifying their relationship to the organization.
- Owners and Admins are responsible for role assignments and should grant only the access required. Members may work on drafts but may not present themselves as authorized to make contracts, financial decisions, or live-placement decisions.
- Keep booking, Creative, installation, proof, and dispute communications in AdLumoEx messaging so the parties and platform have an accurate record.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, spam, solicit students, disclose confidential information, or use messaging for unrelated commercial outreach.
- Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other methods to evade moderation, inflate activity, scrape restricted information, or interfere with the service.
8. Reporting, Moderation & Enforcement
Report unsafe Creative, unauthorized school access, student information, inaccurate listings, suspicious payment activity, or other violations through support@adlumoex.com or the Support link in the site footer.
Automated moderation and platform review help identify potential violations but do not guarantee that content is lawful, accurate, safe, or school-approved. Users remain responsible for everything they upload or approve.
Depending on severity, AdLumoEx may request correction, reject or remove content, pause a listing, restrict organization access, delay a payout where permitted, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or report serious conduct to appropriate authorities.
9. Relationship to Terms
These School Sponsorship Content & Community Guidelines are incorporated into the AdLumoEx Terms of Service. Updated account policies do not replace or amend an existing signed booking's dates, purchased services, proof or payment-release conditions. A School Organization may impose additional requirements for its own inventory. If a School Organization rule conflicts with law, the signed agreement, or an AdLumoEx safety requirement, users must stop and request clarification before proceeding.
