AdLumoEx – Community Sponsorship Guidelines

Last updated: December 9, 2025

1. Acceptable Display Locations

Allowed and encouraged:

  • Display Locations you control (e.g., interior windows, interior walls, counters, reception desks, shelves, interior bulletin boards, or behind-glass posters).
  • Locations with proper permission from property owners or managers.
  • Clear, recent photos showing the real Display Location available.
  • Accurate pricing, availability, and honest foot-traffic context.
  • Family-friendly, community-oriented, small-business-appropriate spaces.

2. Prohibited Listings & Content

Not allowed:

  • Property you don’t own or lack written consent to use.
  • Public or government buildings without valid permits.
  • Photos showing people, license plates, or private interiors without consent.
  • Community Sponsorship Displays containing or promoting hate, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.
  • Content that is explicit, excessively violent, or misleading (including false health/financial claims).
  • Unsafe, flashing, animated, or illuminated displays visible from the right-of-way.
  • Misrepresentation of Display Locations or use of fake/outdated photos.
  • Keyword-stuffed or duplicate listings.
  • Attempts to manipulate auctions, bids, or payment holds.
  • Uploading reused or altered proof photos to mislead Sponsors.

3. Creative & Recognition Standards

Community Sponsorship Displays must be lawful, non-infringing, and respectful of community standards.

Displays should be small-format, non-illuminated, and interior-first. Avoid exterior-facing billboards or off-premise signage.

Creative must be legible, appropriately sized, and suitable for public environments.

Only use copyrighted or trademarked materials with proper permission; no malware, unsafe QR codes, or scannable personal data.

Technical & Record-Keeping

  • Operators should retain Creative files, approval messages, and size specs to demonstrate compliance if disputes arise.
  • Creative must match the approved version and remain consistent for the full Placement unless both parties agree otherwise.

4. Proof Expectations

For Operators

  • Upload date-stamped, unedited proof photos clearly showing the Community Sponsorship Display in place.
  • Include enough surrounding context (e.g., wall, window, or storefront) for verification.
  • Proof images may be viewed by the Sponsor for verification and by AdLumoEx for dispute resolution and compliance.
  • Displays must remain installed for the full Placement term unless otherwise agreed.

For Sponsors

  • Review proof photos within the stated window (generally seven (7) days).
  • Open disputes only for legitimate issues (e.g., missing, damaged, or incorrect Creative).
  • Note: Map pins are approximate and not exact placement indicators.

5. Auctions & Fair Conduct

  • Operators must honor stated auction rules, reserves, and winning bids.
  • Sponsors must place honest bids and complete payment if they win.
  • Collusion, self-bidding, or bid manipulation is prohibited.
  • AdLumoEx may cancel or void auctions that appear suspicious, incomplete, or misleading.

6. Anti-Fraud & Misuse

Strictly prohibited:

  • Fake or self-dealing bookings.
  • Using bots or scripts to boost listings or bids.
  • Bypassing Stripe checkout or held-fund protections.
  • Creating multiple accounts to avoid moderation.
  • Violations may lead to listing removal, withheld payouts, or permanent account bans.

7. Enforcement & Consequences

  • We may send a warning or correction request.
  • Temporarily hide or disable listings.
  • Freeze held funds or payouts.
  • Permanently remove accounts or listings.
  • Report serious violations to authorities.
  • All enforcement activity is logged for audit purposes.

8. Reporting Issues

Report policy violations or inappropriate listings through:

• Email: support@adlumoex.com

• Support button in the site footer

Reports are reviewed promptly. AdLumoEx retains discretion over moderation outcomes.

9. Relationship to Terms

By using AdLumoEx, you agree to follow these Community Sponsorship Guidelines, the Placement Rules, and the Terms of Service, which describe dispute handling, data practices, and arbitration.
